How long does it take to start?

What does a member see on the map?
Which floor each machine is on and where it stands. The map appears only if the gym publishes it.
How do I add my gym’s coaches?
You invite them by email, from the portal.

Mihin sitoudun?
Aloitat 90 päivän Founding Launch -jaksolla, johon pakkaus sisältyy. Kun hyväksyt tarjouksen, valitset, alkaako kuukausitilaus automaattisesti 90 päivän jälkeen. Voit perua sen milloin tahansa, ja peruutus tulee voimaan maksetun jakson päättyessä, jolloin palvelu poistetaan käytöstä.
Mitä tarjoukseen sisältyy?
Valittujen laitteiden tunnisteet varatunnisteineen, kuntosalin yhteisbrändätyt materiaalit, kuntosalin portaali, jäsensovellus ja ohjattu etäasennus. Lisälaitteista ja paikan päällä tehtävistä käynneistä sovitaan erikseen.
Mitä tapahtuu 90 päivän jälkeen?
Näytämme koostettujen tietojen pohjalta, mitä olemme havainneet, ja päätät, jatkatko. Jos lopetat, uudet skannaukset avaavat neutraalin sivun, tunnisteet poistetaan ja kunkin jäsenen historia säilyy hänen omalla tilillään.

Mikä REPIVO on?
REPIVO on verkottuneen harjoittelun ja palautteen kerros kuntosalin nykyisille laitteille. Se ei korvaa jäsenyys-, kulunvalvonta- tai laskutusjärjestelmää.
Mitä REPIVO-tunniste tukee?
REPIVO-tunnisteessa on QR-koodi ja NFC, joissa molemmissa on sama osoite. QR-koodi toimii kaikilla kamerapuhelimilla. Tarkistamme jokaisen tunnisteen laitteella asennuksen yhteydessä.
Miten kuntosalin oma ilme näkyy?
Sovellus näyttää salisi nimen ja ilmeen. REPIVO näkyy julisteissa ja painetuissa materiaaleissa, jotka tulevat tagien mukana.

Mitä jäsen tekee laitteella?
Jäsen skannaa REPIVO-tunnisteen, näkee laitteen tiedot ja viimeisimmän siihen liittyvän harjoituskerran ja jatkaa sitten harjoittelua.
Pitääkö jäsenen asentaa sovellus?
Skannaus avaa laitteen näkymän myös ilman sovellusta: jäsen näkee kuntosalin ja laitteen ja siirtyy sitten REPIVO-sovellukseen tallentaakseen sarjansa. Aloittaminen onnistuu ilman tiliä. Tilistä on hyötyä, kun jäsen haluaa käyttää historiaansa toisella puhelimella tai toisella kuntosalilla.
Miten ongelmista ilmoitetaan?
Skannatun laitteen luona jäsen valitsee sovelluksessa havaitsemansa ongelman: vaurioitunut tunniste, virheelliset tiedot, jumittunut säätö tai rikkinäinen laite. Ilmoitus välitetään kuntosalin henkilöstölle oikeaan laitteeseen ja kuntosaliin liitettynä.
Miten tiedot pidetään erillään?
Esittelysivusto ja esittelypyyntölomake eivät kerää harjoitustietoja. Kuntosalin liiketoimintatiedot ja jäsenten käyttämässä tuotteessa käsiteltävät tiedot pysyvät erillisissä tietovirroissa.
